Couples therapy helps you and your partner improve your relationship by achieving better communication, increasing trust, and enhancing intimacy, among other things. In couples therapy, I teach couples to discuss their issues in a safe environment without reverting to old negative patterns of interacting. I help couples discover how those patterns happen and what they need to do in order to change them. I treat couples of all sexual orientations and have experience working with LGBTQ+ relationships.
